Symptoms include low mood, loss of interest, changes in appetite, feeling worthless, sleeping too much or too little, feeling guilty, restlessness, poor concentration, and slowness. If you have five of the following named symptoms over six months, you are suffering from Depression.

Don't worry too much because it can be curable with little effort and time. Therapies such as behavioral activation, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and problem-solving therapy, as well as antidepressants, are effective psychological depression treatments.
