Ms. Aqsa Ijaz is a counseling psychologist at Psychological Wellbeing Islamabad. She has over 3 years of extensive experience in addressing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. With specialized training and a wealth of expertise, she particularly excels in trauma and crisis intervention, understand the complexities of trauma reactions and crisis situations and is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where her clients can process their experiences and emotions.

With the experience of delivering different lectures on Mental Health issues from the platform of Psychological Wellbeing Islamabad, she aims to spread awareness and break taboos related to Mental Health in Pakistan.

She had also been a part of an online Twitter campaign called "Sustainable Social Development Organization (SSDO) where she was active in raising voices for women's rights in Pakistan.

She is a certified APA member and also has a certification in "Trauma-Informed Practices" organized by City Mental Health Services. Morever, She is the Founder of an online mental health community named "Happy Therapy" where she provides online therapy and counselling.
